Anyone can be a part of Vanderbilt AED, regardless of your year in school or GPA. See below for more details about the AED Honor Society. No dues are required to be a member of the Vanderbilt AED chapter.

Alpha Epsilon Delta is a national honor society. To become a member, you must have completed three semesters of college coursework and have a minimum science and cummulative GPA of 3.2. Induction into the National AED Honor Society is held every spring semester. If you are a second semester sophomore and do not meet these requirements then you will be able to become a National AED member when you do. (Example, your GPA isn't high enough now, but at the end of this semester you have the 3.2 necessary then you can become a National AED member the following year).
